This policy outlines the process for deleting your app account. You can delete your account directly through our mobile app by accessing the account settings within your profile.
How to Delete Your Account?
Via App:
- Open the app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the profile or account settings section.
- Select the “Delete Account” option.
Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
This account deletion policy also applies to the Tropiter mobile application (package name: com.yochizuni.tropiter) developed by Yochizuni Management
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is successfully deleted:
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
Certain data may be retained in backup archives to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Use.
Effects of Deletion
Irreversible Action: This process is final. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be lost.
Loss of Access: You will lose access to your app account, including any saved preferences, transaction history, or other personalized content.
